James E. Baker earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1980 and a Juris Doctor Degree from the Western New England College School of Law in 1985. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Attorney Baker conducts his general practice of law with an emphasis in residential and commercial real estate, including purchases, sales, financing and complex real estate and title issues, wills, trusts, estate tax planning, elder law planning, business law, including the formation of corporations, LLC’s and LLP’s partnerships, and other business entities and sole proprietorships, including compliance with federal and state laws, and landlord/tenant matters.

Attorney Baker has been practicing law in Western Massachusetts for the past twenty-eight years and regularly services clients in Hampshire, Hampden and Franklin, Berkshire and Worcester Counties.
